for when: you play or work too hard for too long

instructions: take 5-10 drops 3 times a day for a month

for best results: replenish your adrenals with an adaptogenic tea like nettles or tulsi or my nourish blend. go back to basics. make sure you are sleeping at least 8 hours a night, that you are eating warm nourishing foods and that you are getting some time outside every day. remember that humans need silence just as plants needs light.
